When will my order arrive?

U.K. orders dispatch the next working day and usually arrive within 1–2 business days via tracked delivery. U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days, and international orders normally take 5–10 days depending on customs and courier schedules. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free U.K. shipping on orders over £25 and free U.S. shipping on orders over $25. Standard delivery rates apply below those thresholds. Every parcel is packed with recyclable materials and fully tracked for peace of mind.

Where do you ship from?

Most orders ship from our U.K. fulfilment centre. Our core grooming and care ranges are made in Britain, while our Dead Sea collection is manufactured in Israel and finished under U.K. quality control. U.S. orders are fulfilled through our Brooklyn, NY distribution hub.

Can I track my parcel?

What if my package doesn’t arrive?

Are Cooper & Gracie products cruelty-free?

What if my dog licks the balm off?

It’s safe, but try these tips for better absorption:

  • Distract your dog with a toy or treat for 2–5 minutes after application.
  • Use a soft cone collar for ~10 minutes if your dog is a persistent licker.

How often should I bathe my dog?

Once a week is ideal for most dogs. After muddy adventures or flea exposure, wash more frequently. Our formulas are gentle enough for regular use and biodegradable, safe to rinse outdoors.

Will the shampoo kill fleas and ticks?
