Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled from our USA FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) warehouses. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days.
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
• All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the USA.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and local customs processes, but generally take 7–21 business days.

• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Some countries may experience longer delivery times due to customs clearance procedures.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or countries where shipping restrictions prevent delivery. If an order cannot be shipped, we will contact you immediately.

Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. Cooper & Gracie USA is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will always do our best to support you if an issue arises.
